Chris's camera pages
Manufactured in 1959, this SLR has a removable prism finder, and a horizontal-run focal-plane shutter with speeds from 1 second to 1/500 second, s/n No.559988.
The viewing mirror is the not the familiar instant-return type, but only drops to the viewing position when the shutter is cocked.
The standard lens is a Miranda 5cm f2.8 with preset diaphragm in an M44 screw-mount, s/n No.T139541.
Along with the camera, I also have a Miranda waist-level finder, a Miranda 3.5cm f/2.8 lens, and a Hanimar 135mm f/3.5 lens.
The Miranda 3.5cm f/2.8 lens has a preset diaphragm and an M44 screw-mount. This lens dates from 1960.
The Hanimar 135mm f/3.5 lens also has a preset diaphragm. This lens has a T2 mount in M42 fitting, with a Miranda PM M42 to Miranda bayonet adapter.
