Zeiss Ikon film

Here is an interesting item. A roll of film from Zeiss Ikon, the roll inside is sealed inside a lead wrapper, it may actually be soldered shut by the looks of it. The box is also labelled "Pernox Film 26". The expiry date is april 1936.

I'd always assumed that this was a roll of normal 35mm film, perhaps a day-light load, but looking at the package again I was struck by the odd frame size, 22 x 33 mm. Some searching on the internet gave me two cameras that used this frame size, an Ernemann Unette, and an Ernemann Bobette. Two models of the Bobette were made, one with this frame size, and production of the Bobette was continued by Zeiss Ikon, so I think it most likely that this is the camera that the film was intended for.
