Purma Special

A bakelite camera from Britain made from 1937 to 1951.

A very sleek looking camera giving square exposures on 127 roll-film. The spring-loaded lens assembly pushes back into the body when the lens cap is screwed on.

The shutter has three speeds controlled by a moving weight inside the camera, when held horizontal you get the medium speed, held vertically one way, the slow speed, and held vertically the other way, the fastest speed.
